• Free consultation calls
• Full guidance packages
• Full-service turnkey interior design projects
All services are subject to availability and acceptance by both parties.

Booking & Payment Terms

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Full guidance is a prepaid fixed-fee service.
• Project pricing varies based on scope and is shared post-site visit.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, PhonePe, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Pricing and Taxes

• Prices are listed in INR (₹).
• We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
• GST or applicable taxes may be added as required by law.

Summary:
• Free consultations are non-refundable (free service).
• Full guidance fee is non-refundable after delivery of design documents.
• Turnkey projects follow milestone-based agreements.

Intellectual Property

• All content including website text, logos, images, drawings, and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Elegant Decors.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Elegant Decors shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or delays beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party vendors, or site conditions.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate space measurements and requirements
• Making timely payments
• Cooperating during design and execution phases
• Notifying of any changes before execution begins

Termination of Services

• Elegant Decors reserves the right to terminate services in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.

Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad.
