Service Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, the booking amount becomes non-refundable due to the scheduling and planning involved.

Project Work

• Once a project has commenced, any payments made are non-refundable as resources such as design planning, material procurement, and manpower have already been allocated.

• In case of delays or dissatisfaction, we encourage you to get in touch with us. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and promptly.

Exceptions

• If a refund is applicable due to the unavailability of services or an internal error, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
